Amanda Davis

Amanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University in 2011. Her main passion is child welfare, and she has been working in this field since the age of 19 in various roles. Amanda has worked at a private foster care agency and has collaborated with the State of Ohio on policy and advisory committees. She has dedicated 13 years of her life to the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program, traveling around the state to train foster parents, caseworkers, and supervisors.

Currently, Amanda has been serving on her local school board since 2020, as she believes that all young people deserve an advocate. She is thrilled to bring together her two passions of foster care and education in this new role!
